COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn.

PLEASE NOTE: Any return request on orders made with ‘bot’ type services and backlinks will be canceled at our discretion. Do NOT tape the shipping label directly to any shoe box. This makes the product unsellable, and these packages will no longer be eligible for return and will be returned to the sender.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Eligible products can be returned within 14 days when purchased at any of our retail locations and online. This excludes special release items, sale items, and items indicated as final sale (all items will be noted in the product description).
